Every year during Eid-ul-Adha I and my family visit my in-law house, which is situated in a village in Bangladesh.

Almost every house here in my village is a tin shaded building 🏠. My relative’s house is also like ours.

We have our own family masjid, which is the best part of our household. Every man in the whole household goes there for prayer even children too.

Women and man in the household have their own separate ponds too. As we are a conservative respected family of the village.

Basically, the profession of most of the people in our village is agriculture and fishing. We grow various crops and vegetables. Even we have our own agriculture field, fish project ponds, and vegetable garden.

We have almost every local fruit tree in our house, like mango, guava, lemon, jackfruit, Amla, also some vegetables 🍀.

You know, “God made the village and man made the town”, this phrase is very popular in western countries. But apart from other countries’ villages in Bangladesh, are different. Here our village life is entirely related to nature. The soft green of nature, the shade of serenity, the gentle breeze, the croaking dawn or the sound of rain, even the rows of green trees, green crop fields, tin made houses, fishing in the ponds, and lakes everything are amazingly beautiful.
